Our Team

Diana Romero

Founder & CEO

Business professional with over 10 years of retail management experience and human resources. Has been dedicated for over 6 years to the non-profit field managing volunteer recruitment and training, grant administration, program management, marketing, and all operations and administrative aspects. She also has expertise in brand and marketing management.

Diana lends a diversified skill set and unique ability to build strategic relationships in cross-cultural contexts. Driven by a passion for solving challenges; empowering others to be leaders and agents of positive change; and strengthening stakeholder relationships/partnerships that reinforce and sustain the execution of a social mission and realization of community vision. 

Diana holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida (B.A.), a Master's degree in Public Health (M.P.H.), with a certification in Epidemiology, and a  Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Project Management Concentration from Benedictine University. Diana is also fluent in Spanish.

Paul-Andreé Grinnage

Business & Banking Consultant

Results-driven management professional with over 21 years of business management, business administration, and human resources. Experience includes top-level sales, P&L management, performing interviews, onboarding, talent development, performance appraisals, payroll execution, secession planning, employee recruitment, and retention.

Paul’s areas of expertise include people management, employee labor relations, workforce analysis, logistics, strategic communications, project management, training and development, change management, quality management, process improvement, operations management, strategic analysis and planning, customer service, collaboration, administration, planning and evaluation, critical thinking,  client relations, budgets, vendor management, supervisory management, business acumen, finance, time management, conflict resolution, office management.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management Administration from Bellevue University.


Shirley Bejarano

Public Health & Business Consultant

Solution-oriented, public health professional with strong leadership and project management skills and has a history of 13 years of domestic and international technical, research, training, education, resource mobilization, and advocacy experience. Committed to advancing SDGs particularly SDG 5 to provide women with equal access to education, health, and representation in political and economic decision making.  Advocating for Global Health Equity/ Women's Rights/ WASH/ Ending HIV/AIDS/ Empowering NextGen.

Shirley lends her expertise in budgeting, operations, payroll, grant writing, non-profit management, reports, human resources, networking, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, development and implementation, and program management. 

Shirley holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, a Master’s degree in Global Health (M.S.) from the University of Barcelona, and a Master’s degree in Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of South Florida. Shirley is also fluent in Spanish.
